John L. Scott saw an opportunity to provide buyers and sellers with new tools to help them with issues such as an increasing amount of data online including customer opinions. I’m currently working at Artefact, where I’ve been designing next generation user experiences for a variety of new and future products. Products range from Microsoft Surface’s multi-touch table, Sonos music system, next generation mobile products such as Windows Mobile 7 Maps and Mobile Office Communicator, Microsoft Live Mesh, and John L. Scott real estate. All projects are under strict confidentiality.

I helped reskin this site and maintained it on an ongoing basis. Check out the live site here.

The system includes a web site and an in-store life-sized touchscreen that allows you to create your own topsheet and build your own board through an integrated disublimation process.

This project translates Chris Wares “Quimby the Mouse” comic book into a new interactive medium. The interaction invites you through three scenes where the tone is set by a combination of sound, animation, and the way you interact with it. Quimby is represented in a semi-chaotic and playful way by interacting with and revealing his next moves through your own.
